At the time I only had met a couple of other uke players in my area (Derbyshire), so turning up last June, it was mind boggling to see so many people with so many ukes. I had a fantastic day, met so many lovely people, heard some superb music, learnt some new stuff, and it inspired me up to get better. Since last June, I've met a load more ukers in my area, so I will be spreading the word about 2010.
